All up and running again now after the master technician at Renault spent an entire day going all over it.

Gave Ktec's panel filter a go for the price of it and after a drive about I notice no difference whatsoever :lol:

I'd be up for a small meet I'm based in South Manchester had my Cup six months now and still not seen another RS Twingo so would be good to see a few others :)
Ride quality isn't the best, and fuel economy depends on driving style. But then you don't buy a 133 for a comfortable ride or great mpg figures.
Overtaking from 60mph onwards is a breeze. As in 5th gear you're not far off the magical 4K rev mark, so it just goes. Simple as.

Are there actually any known downsides to taking the bung out?
Can't say I've noticed any and the intake noise is so much better without, I can't see why it was put in in the first place!
I got mine back in by very finely trimming the bobbles on the bung. Still had to press down hard to get it in but it stayed in until I decided to take it back out again a good few hundred miles later.
