Hey,
Thought I may as well start a progress thread rather than having all of my others spread over the forum!
I can't find any pictures of the car when I originally purchased it so I'll have to start with my Intercooler pictures.
6.5 Hours worth of work, pleased with the result. I also fitted a BMC F1 Panel Filter but didn't take any pictures
Bumper Removed..
Intercooler unwrapped and ready
Now I had to sort the inwards and outwards tubing to make sure it was going to fit!
Bottom (had a silicone reducer that fitted perfectly)
Top (Decided to use the OEM pipe and stretch/clamp it over the alu pipe.
Forge Dump Valve fitted too
Now was to decide where to route the pipes. Didn't have much choice with the piping supplied so had to take this route which worked out OK in the end (with some bumper modification and extra silicone hoses I had purchased)
Bumper back on..
