no it's not a Thule, but a similar one.
I have bought them into a French Car center (called here "Feu vert" or " Norauto")
about 20€ each

be careful and test it before
my mtb is a Rockrider 6.4 in size XL
and some rack/carrier are too small ...
so test it before ;-)
