I keep kurbing the Silverstone gloss black allows cos they are nearly impossible not to with such low profile tyres and i am fed up with touching them up with paint. Has anyone ever fitted alloygators? https://www.alloygator.co.uk they look good but not sure if they will work with the rim/tyre combination of the Silverstone.

If i do go for them, what colour do people think? Black to match the wheel, Silver to follow the Silver/Black Silverstone theme or maybe Orange to match the seatbelt/seat trim etc.

cheers

Personally I wouldn't bother, there was a thread not too long ago on this and I'm sure someone had a problem at high speeds where the protector popped off and took out the tyre.

Just refurb them and take more care driving and parking is the best way IMO.

We have just launched our new size specific Rimbands product. Have a look at www.rimblades.com and click on Rimbands.
Renault are looking at supplying them as a factory option on all new RS cars.
