Karl. You need to get the shutter speed slower than used for this pic, which shows you had 1/100th (I used around 1/10th, so you would need to be going 10 times as fast to get the same effect)

Using ISO200 or even dropping down to the lowest setting of 100 (maybe shown as Lo3) would have allowed you to either half or quarter the shutter speed getting 1/50th or 1/25th.

Select the mode away from 'auto' round to 'S' for shutter priority which will mean the camera selects the aparture itself to get the exposure balanced with your chosen speed . Then dial in a speed of somewhere around 10 to 25 for 1/10th to 1/25th of a second Theres not much point in going slower whilst trying to hand hold (unless you get a lucky shot) as everything would be blurred due to the movement of the camera.
