Is anyone else starting to get a bit fed up of radio stations these days?
I've listened to Radio 1 for years but as of recently I've started to dislike it more and more every day - since Moyles was bombed out of the breakfast show, as a matter of fact. It just seems to be only aimed at a demographic a lot younger than me these days, and I'm only 20 (unless I'm getting old now?!)! Why does Grimshaw feel the need to be so obsessed with 1 direction and Justin Bieber? I think my 12 & 13 year old sisters would be better off listening to it nowadays.
I did try Radio 2 for a while and loved Ken Bruce's banter but that was about it. Commercial radio stations I hate too because I can't stand the adverts.
Noticed I've put a lot more albums on my iPod these days!
