Foreign plates?

I ran german plates on a few german cars in the past, and for the most part never had any hassle. However, it is an excuse to pull you over and is an offence which carries a fine as well so it really depends on luck, the area you live in, and how deep your pockets are lol.

I think you'd be okay with UK font and the 'F' though... :)
 
A guy I used to work with had the "D" (german) plates but with English font on a polo and was pulled over for it. Luckily for him he had his originals in the boot so the copper let him off with just swapping them at the roadside without a fine.

Even so, I've still been considering getting some with the F on. I don't think it's a large fine. Like £30 or something? Don't quote me on that though.
