Ha yes I know the feeling lol! Sorry your haveing a few problems with your twingo I've had similar problems. First and foremost you need a new dip stick I did the same unlucky for me half of mines in the sump somewhere! You'll have to order from dealer mine was around a tenner at the time but think they've gone up, there different to other twingos unless u can get one from a scrapers. The check engine could be low on oil so that's your top priority! The battery light could be a dodgy alternater not changeing your battery. The knock from the wheel sounds like the famous ball joint rubber perishing, if not that wheel bearing, top mount or inner tie rod could be many things driveshaft comes to mind too. The ticking noise when you let off the gas sounds similar to mine though I can only hear it when the bonnet is open and I'm outside the car this hasn't caused any problems for me since owning the car could be the design of the vvt system or your throttle bottle body opening and closing. Hope this helps a little any more questions I'll do my best to help
