Much smother and less clunky when changing gears. I'd go as far a saying quieter as well when changing gear.. Even the wife has noticed a difference and she doesn't normally notice these things.. Makes me think was it filled up properly when the car was built!! We have also got a grand scenic...

Well car has been in and had the gearbox oil replaced.. It has made a difference and all the gears are much smother but 5th is still stiff to get in and out.. It's now going in on the 21st and having the 5 th gear selector replaced.. Full day in the workshop providing no problems...

Hello.. Took my car to the garage today to ask about my 5th gear being stiff to put in and out, as they are not a main renault dealer just a renault sales garage they are not permitted to fix a problem with the box until a main dealer has inspected it.. They advised me to have the oil replaced...

Playing with it as driving it at the moment. Probably fit a filter and change the head unit. No real plans. What's the best filter??? Any ideas
