Hi, Last night I noticed that I had 2 warning lights on my dash, the spanner and the box with the zig zag lines (electrics). The strange thing is that they are only very dimly lit up and hard to see in the light. When I turn on the ignition all of the warning lights flash up brightly as normal, the 2 above however stay on (very dimly) and only go off once I have turned the ignition off about 10 seconds later when the interior lights turn off.

Any body got any ideas as in is there an actual electrical fault with my car or is it just bad Renault dashboard electrics?

I'm not good with car stuff so i'm wondering if I should be concerned about taking it to a garage or not?

Thanks.

Idem on mine. Dimly on 2 warning lights. The dealer and the mechanic confirm that are some soft electric contact issues. They are normal on cheap cars, sorry!

Mine does this to - 2013 facelift model - it's a known issue but not worth paying the £570.00 for a new instrument cluster. I was given a brand new cluster under warranty but I've never gotten round to fitting it - let me know if you'd like to buy it?

If its just when the headlights are On. Its more likely just thin paint on the plastic trim. Letting a slim back lightening shine through.

It is the cluster Ladouras - I had mine stripped down by a proper Renault independent specialist but it cannot be fixed, known issue but never recalled by Renault... :)
