Car has thankfully passed it's MOT but they did say the exhaust is blowing. Quoted £232 for a centre pipe.

So I'm thinking, why not change to a sports exhaust? Then I look on K-Tec website, and they do a sports exhaust and manifold package.

Has anyone done this, and what were the results. Not expecting a sudden boost in BHP, but making it rev freer would be nice.

The brake pipe are starting to get corroded too, so thinking of upgrading to braided hosepipes. Again, anyone gone down this route? results?

Yes but mine has cams, race cat and is mapped so hard to tell over standard.

i have a K-Tec racing full exhaust and monifold on my twingo rs i had it remapped also at K-Tec and the exhaust alone added 7bhp and a couple torques and the remap did the same roughly so all in a gained 15bhp from doing this and some more torgues plus the redline is now 7200rpm and total bhp is now 148 not 133
