to drain - remove the bolt marked '25 Nm'
to fill - Refit the drain bolt. Remove the bolt cover marked '3 Nm'. fill until 75W80 MTF is level with the plug, once it starts to trickle out it's at the correct level
to fill, this tool is required, or use a plastic bottle with vacuum pipe. fill the plastic bottle up, place vacuum pipe on the lid and then squeeze to fill the gearbox. repeat until fluid is level
